If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site.  TheHalloweenSite.com does not store this information.

If a user elects to use our online postcard service for sending a greeting to a friend, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address.  TheHalloweenSite.com will automatically send the friend a one-time email with a link to their postcard.  TheHalloweenSite.com stores  this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. Information provided is stored for the sole purpose of allowing the friend to view the postcard up to 30 days of it being sent.  All information is  removed after 30 days. The sender or friend may contact us by clicking here  to request the removal of this information from our database prior to the 30 days.
