REVIEW: Fun-Kins ® are
not like any other artificial pumpkin. They not only look completely
real, but they carve just like real pumpkins.
TEST 1:
When my Fun-Kin arrived, I opened the box and saw for myself that Fun-Kins
truly are completely realistic. As a test, I set the Fun-kin on my
kitchen counter, and waited. A few hours later, my wife returned.
It fooled her! She asked where I got such a big pumpkin this time
of year (January). I received a similar reaction from other family
members and friends.
TEST 2:
It was time to carve my Fun-Kin. I used a toothpick to trace
a design onto the surface. I noticed that the surface and inside
is a little stiffer than a real pumpkin, I found this to be to my
advantage as I could be more detailed in my design. Once the
design was traced, I took my carving knife and carved my Fun-Kin. Even
the inside of the Fun-Kin looked real (minus the seeds). It was
easy.
Conclusion:
I would recommend Fun-Kins to any Halloween enthusiast. They look great
and are easy to work with. You can easily carve a masterpiece and be
able to keep it forever. Fun-Kins look real enough for any type of
decorating.
